We are the Spray family, just 5 beach lovers who love to travel. We found throughout our travels that not very many beaches could compare in beauty to the sugary white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. We hope that our home is the place to make beautiful & everlasting memories, as it has done for us. 

Situated in a beautiful cul-de-sac community, 'Sea Spray Cottage' is one of 29 cottages overflowing with charm and character. Just steps from Florida’s Emerald Coast – One of the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches - and within easy walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, banks and other major conveniences.

First Floor:
1 Bedroom: Queen bed with Full Size Sleeper Sofa

Kitchen and Dining area

Second Floor
Master Suite with King Bed and Private bathroom with additional twin size sleeper sofa.
Guest bedroom with Bunk Beds Full Over Full beds with Twin pull out Trundle.
Upstairs Bathroom: Full size tub/shower combo with washing machine and dyer.

The cottage is set up for a gourmet chef, with a fully stocked kitchen to help serve your culinary delights or a quick snack to take to the beach. You will also enjoy a full-size pantry for snacks. Step outside on one of three balconies and enjoy your morning coffee and take in the smells of the salty air.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach.
